Jesus says that when we give, what matters is not so much about the amount or reaching some kind of target, but what matters is what comes out of our heart. The giving doesn’t simply fulfil an external need, like feeding the poor or providing for ministry staff or even maintain buildings; but what’s far more important is that it reveals and transforms what’s internal within us. Every time we give generously, willingly and lovingly, we not only reflect what God is like towards us but we also become more like him.
St Phils is for all people and we are sure we can find a ministry in which you can be involved in and flourish.
